在远通地块的广汽本田、润丰地块的一汽丰田两家标准4S店先后投入运营后，大长江汽车商城项目中，规划为新能源汽车超市的润通地块也迎来建成的曙光。日前，记者定格了项目最新形象进度并从建设单位处获悉，如果天气持续晴好，润通地块有望在6月底前竣工。

作为泉、石两级的重点项目，大长江汽车商城位于灵秀镇仕林村、狮城大道与二重环湾匝道工程交角边上，由7个地块组成。除了率先建成投用的远通、润丰地块，紧挨狮城大道的润通地块内外装修也渐近尾声，计划在下个月建成，“将引入埃安等系列新能源汽车品牌，打造为新能源汽车超市。”项目相关负责人介绍。现场同步在建的，还有与远通地块隔着18米规划路的办公楼。

记者获悉，整个大长江汽车商城项目总建筑面积约7.3万平方米，主要建设中高端汽车品牌4S店、新能源汽车超市、燃油汽车超市、二手汽车综合展厅及综合办公楼等，着力打造为集汽车交易大厅、进口车展览展销、办公写字楼、售后维修服务、网络交易平台等多种功能于一体的大型汽车综合交易市场。

“灵秀镇的商贸以服装生产、电商销售为主体，大长江汽车商城项目的建设和运营，在培育汽车专业市场、丰富灵秀产业体系的同时，也为区域发展拓展了市场新空间、为‘强产业、兴城市’双轮驱动战略的实施注入了新活力。”灵秀镇相关负责人介绍，到2023年底，灵秀标准汽车4S店将达6家以上。
